What will your Responsibilities be? 

•  Collaborating with other sales representatives for projects with successful outcomes 

• Troubleshoot customer processes and software issues 

• Expert in core products and services

• Maintains required technical certifications for all systems

• Manages complex software implementation projects with successful outcomes

• Demonstrates a proactive approach to learning, problem-solving, and asking questions

• Executes project timelines as outlined in the Project Plan and provides time estimates for billing

• Troubleshoot customer processes and software issues while aligning actions with ImageOne Core Values

What do you need to have? 

• Knowledge of critical business processes across industries 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent experience in a related field 

• 3 years experience in a consultative technical role 

• 3 years experience in project management 

• Software certifications in relevant technologies are preferred but not required
