What will your Responsibilities be? 

• Research and develop integration options 

• Manage complex software implementation projects with successful outcomes 

• Masters core products and services

• Maintains technical certifications for all required systems and researches integration options 

• Tracks billable time accurately and provides project time estimates for billing 

• Leads the engineering team, overseeing Project Plans and holding the team accountable for timely completion 

• Collaborates with Sales to determine appropriate solutions and troubleshoots customer processes and software issues 

• Communicates effectively, aligns actions with ImageOne Core Values, and participates actively in team meetings 

What do you need to have? 

• 3 years’ experience in a consultive technical role 

• 3 years’ in software development 

• 3 years leadership experience 

• 3 years project management 

• Knowledge of critical business processes across industries 

• Knowledge of Net, JSON, Jscript, and other scripting/programming languages
