About the Role 

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. This is a full-time, onsite role reporting to the COO and aligned with leadership schedules.  You will be responsible for all visual marketing materials and initiatives, providing creative, timely, consistent, and high-quality design work across both print and digital platforms. You will collaborate with the leadership team to develop, coordinate, and execute visual content that aligns with brand identity and campaign goals. A strong understanding of visual communication, particularly in connecting with diverse audiences, including a predominantly female customer base, is essential.

Responsibilities 

Design & Brand Execution

  • Design visually compelling assets for print, web, email, and social media

  • Create engaging visuals for marketing campaigns, product packaging, catalogs, and promotional materials

  • Maintain and evolve a consistent brand identity across all channels and platforms

  • Lead and contribute to visual storytelling initiatives aligned with brand strategy

Creative Development

  • Develop innovative visual concepts and design strategies to meet marketing objectives.

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices

  • Provide creative direction for multi-platform campaigns from concept to final delivery

Photography & Visual Production

  • Capture and edit high-quality product photography in our in-house studio or on location.

  • Perform product touch-ups and retouching to ensure consistency and appeal across platforms.

  • Assist with photo shoot planning, lighting setup, and content execution

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to deliver cohesive visual messaging

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall creative growth of the team

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); photography and photo editing tools a plus

  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and user-centered design

  • Experience designing for female-centered or lifestyle brands preferred

  • Exceptional time management, collaboration, and communication skills

  • Attention to detail and a passion for both digital and print media design

  • Ability to manage deadlines and balance creativity with business goals

Bonus Skills (Preferred, not required)

  • Experience with photography or product staging

  • Content creation for blogs, newsletters, or social media

  • Background in music or the arts

  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior creatives
