Position Summary:
Netlink Software Group America is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced global delivery team in Madison Heights, MI. In this role, you will be instrumental in reaching out to customers, scheduling meetings with insurance agents, and maintaining excellent communication with both clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and manage calls to current and potential customers to address their needs.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and insurance agents.
- Provide high-quality customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.
- Accurately record customer interactions and details in the company's CRM or database.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for communication, data analysis, and reporting.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations on customer feedback and trends.
Job Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism in client interactions.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required.
Education:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
