Our client is seeking a Housing Support Voucher Manager whose role is to oversee the administration and implementation of the company housing/rental assistance voucher programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective delivery of services to eligible recipients. This is a community-based position.

Responsibilities
PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION
- Oversees the company lease-up process
- Leads the income recertification process
- Communicates applicable move, lease renewals, recertification leasing, lease-ups or moves updates in weekly meeting
- Retains and updates the client mailing procedure
- Manages the tenant and landlord billing process/procedure
- Oversees the entire voucher process ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Develops and implements efficient workflows for the housing/rental assistance voucher processing, including routing, review, and approval mechanisms
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness of voucher processing operations
- Audit management
- Rental assistance file management (digital and physical)
- Manages AppFolio (rental assistance software)
- May drive to client home for signature
- Oversees the landlord contract procedure
- Verifies all landlord documentation
- Leads the property vacancies management
- Manages lease renewal procedures
- Manages the insurance certifications with provider and inspection coordination
- Administers the login and password info for all applicable landlord and property portals
- Regular and routine attendance as scheduled
- All other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Property management certification is a plus
- 1 years of collective experience in the property/housing management, social services, or a related field (required)
- Prior experience with housing voucher programs and regulations
- Valid Driver License
