Job Summary

We are looking for a Courier to support daily operations by ensuring the secure and timely delivery and pickup of documents, packages, and legal materials between MBL offices, clients, courts, and external agencies. The Courier is an essential, in-person role that serves as a reliable, professional representative of the firm in the field.

Responsibilities

• Collect, transport, and deliver legal documents, packages, and materials

• Maintain delivery logs, track routes, and obtain delivery confirmations

• Adhere to confidentiality standards, especially with sensitive legal materials

• Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle

• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules

• Assist with internal tasks such as mail sorting, organizing deliveries, and running errands

• Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and external contacts

• Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance (required)
• Availability Monday - Friday 12pm - 4pm
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous clerical, administrative, or courier/delivery experience (preferred)
• Must pass a comprehensive background check
• Strong time management, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the day
• Knowledge of local routes, GPS, and delivery protocols
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation
