Job Summary
Our client is looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join their dynamic in-house marketing team and support the growth of a well-established brand with a loyal and passionate customer base.
This role is responsible for leading the design and execution of visual content across both digital and print platforms, including campaign concepts, product packaging, social media, catalogs, and email marketing.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of branding, and a passion for visual storytelling. Photography and photo editing skills are a strong plus, with access to an in-house studio to support creative production.
Responsibilities
Develop visually compelling assets for print, web, social media, and email campaigns.
Create engaging visuals for product packaging, promotional materials, and catalogs.
Ensure consistency in brand identity across all platforms.
Drive the visual direction of marketing initiatives from concept to completion.
Capture and edit product and lifestyle photography using in-house studio equipment.
Retouch and optimize images to maintain high visual standards and brand consistency.
Assist with staging, lighting, and execution of photo shoots as needed.
Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to align visual output with business goals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
Support and mentor junior designers to enhance overall creative performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Experience designing for lifestyle or female-centered brands preferred.
Excellent time management, collaboration, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with business needs.
Bonus Skills (Preferred, not required)
Experience with photography, staging, and product shoots.
Background in content creation (blog, email marketing, or social media).
Interest or experience in music, arts, or education sectors.
Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers
