Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance targets and operational goals
Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and reconciliation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
Analyze operational data and prepare reports to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities
Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices
Working knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
