Position Overview:
We are looking for a Business Insights Manager that will lead data analysis and reporting initiatives to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for managing BI tools, ensuring data accuracy, and transforming raw data into actionable insights. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the BI Manager develops and implements reporting systems, dashboards, and analytical models that enhance operational efficiency and uncover growth opportunities for the organization and its teams.

Job Duties:
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and teamwork.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making across the company.
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of business intelligence tools and systems including but not limited to: NetSuite ERP, Shopify, analytical software, showroom and warehouse hardware and software integrations
  • Manage and optimize our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring it meets business needs through system configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance, while coordinating integrations with other platforms for seamless functionality.
  • Ensure systems are running smoothly, perform regular updates, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Integrate data from various sources to create a comprehensive view of the business.
  • Implement and monitor data quality standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all data sets.
  • Provide support and recommendations for business process improvements and strategic initiatives based on data analysis.
  • Leverage in-depth technical knowledge and expertise to develop, integrate, and deploy new business solutions across multiple systems.
  • Lead projects aimed at system improvements, integrations, and upgrades, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration or a relevant field strongly preferred or a combination of training in relevant experiences in lieu of a degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional environments, translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong understanding of KPI development, data visualization best practices, and statistical methods.
